Sony made an announcement at the game development conference about displaying the latest prototype of its virtual reality headset the Project Morpheus and announced that this device will release in the commercial market in early 2016.
The latest prototype of Project Morpheus has a 5.7 inch OLED display with a resolution of 1920 X RGB X 1080 pixel, 100 degree field of view and a refresh rate of 120 frames per second. The company says that the project Morpheus is compatible with playstation 4, which is meant to play games at 120 frames per second.
